Breathe. Thats right. Its that simple. Breathing deeply is your body’s way of surveying itself and assessing where it needs extra nutrients and TLC. Deep breathing alone not only increases your oxygen level, but gives you sense of well-being and self awareness. So get those lungs moving and feel energized and full of life- because you are! You’ll feel better in no time!
